- Watch this video and assess your business using Dave Crenshaw’s three placeholders of value in a business:
- On a scale of 0 to 10 (0 being no documentation at all and 10 being consistently documented) assess how well documented your company processes and procedures are.
- On a scale of 0 to 10 (0 being not valuable at all and 10 being highly valuable) assess your employees’ value in the marketplace.
- On a scale of 0 to 10 (0 being purely transactional and 10 being highly loyal) assess how loyal your customers are.
